Next Generation Leader Training Service

A practical learning program aimed at developing strategic vision and expanding influence to become a next-generation executive candidate.

Our company conducts next-generation leader training for management employees as well as for mid-level and junior employees. This is a year-and-a-half project aimed at enhancing a sense of ownership, igniting a growth and transformation mindset for self and organizational change, and producing "robust leaders" who will become executive candidates. Participants will use a 360-degree survey to assess their current leadership in their workplace and reflect on what and how they need to change to effectively demonstrate leadership. We will train OJT leaders for the acceptance of new employees!

We propose training for the OJT leader, who is the main instructor (mentor), at the stage of starting OJT for new employees.
